About North Jersey Personnel Services
North Jersey Personnel Services was established in 1989 and is a privately owned and operated business. We specialize in personalized service for our customers and job candidates. We do both Temporary and Permanent Placements and we also write RESUMES!

We do Permanent Placement services for employers. Our Permanent Placement Fees to employers are 50% LESS than most agencies, plus we offer a 12 week guarantee as well. We also offer reasonably priced Temporary Employees in OFFICE SUPPORT for those employers who need to cover a busy time at the office, sick time, vacations or just until they find the right match. All our job applicants are personally interviewed and reference checked for the most suitable match. Job skills are tested on an "as needed" basis. We welcome special requests and hard to fill job openings. We would love to come out to your company and meet with you to discuss your openings so give us a call.
For JOB SEEKERS we offer reasonably priced RESUME WRITING SERVICES and have been writing resumes for over 20 years. We want your resume to be neat, easy to read and to the point, not one of those busy "headache resumes". If you don't know how to email your resume to a company we can help teach you or do it for you. Job seekers may also fill out an application for temporary or permanent placement and will be notified if something in their area may become available. Temporary and permanent placement fees are paid by the client companies, not the job seeker. They would, at one point (determined by us), need to come in to complete a personal interview to collect any additional information needed to best place them at a company and should have their job history (dates, duties, company names, job titles) and at least 3 business references (names and phone numbers) available along with a resume (or..if you wish... you can hire us to write one for you). Sometimes temping is a good way to find out what you want to do or what you don't want to do .
